Handmade baked savoury snack from Puglia with seven flours and seeds. Taralli are easy to digest healthy artisanal snacks made of high-quality local ingredients. 

Multigrain Taralli is a happy marriage between cereals and seeds. Whole grains, rich in fiber, keep all their nutritional components intact. The seeds are the heart of the plant and therefore rich in beneficial properties. The result of this combination are small brown jewels, dotted with fiber, omega-3 and mineral salts, to satisfy the desire for pleasure as well as well-being.
